Terms and Conditions for Export Orders
Exim Overseas Int – Exporter of T-Shirts & Denim Pants

1. Product Specification
All garments are manufactured as per the buyer’s approved samples. Minor shade and size tolerances (+/-5%) may occur.
2. Order & Minimum Quantity
- MOQ: T-Shirts – 500 pcs/design, Denim Pants – 300 pcs/style
- Orders must be confirmed in writing. No cancellations after production starts.
3. Pricing
Prices are in USD, based on FOB Chittagong or EXW Dhaka. Valid for 15 days.
4. Payment Terms
- 50% advance (TT); balance before shipment.
- LC accepted by prior agreement.
- Bank charges borne by buyer.
Bank details will be shared on invoice or request.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery in 30–45 days after order confirmation. Buyer handles freight and import duties.
6. Quality Control & Inspection
Internal QC is standard. Third-party inspection available at buyer’s cost. Claims accepted within 7 days.
7. Returns & Refunds
No returns unless defective. Refunds or replacements upon investigation.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, port issues, etc.
9. Governing Law
All disputes follow the laws of Bangladesh. Arbitration in Dhaka if needed.
